How do I get started with GEMERA?

Open your account in a browser or the Telegram bot @gemera_vpn_bot. You can sign in with email or Telegram. Get your subscription settings and follow the guide for your device. You will need a client app on the device to connect.

What does the free trial include?

New Telegram accounts get a 3-day trial; separate email accounts get 1 day. Activate the trial and check its terms in the Telegram bot before buying a subscription.

How many devices can I connect?

There is no device limit. Your subscription has a shared data allowance, so keep an eye on it when using the VPN on several devices.

Is there a data limit?

Plans include 25 GB per day. This is a daily limit, not a monthly allowance. Check available data add-ons and their prices in the bot before paying.

How do I pay for a subscription?

Choose a duration in your account or the Telegram bot. When paying from your virtual balance, the minimum top-up is 100 RUB, including for the 7-day plan. Unused funds remain in your balance. Payment and refund terms are set out in the public offer.

What if I cannot connect?

Check whether the internet works without the VPN, then try another location. If that does not help, message @gemera_app with your device, app and error text. Do not send passwords or payment details.
