Devices, keys and sign-ins

Signing into your account and connecting a device are different kinds of access.

01

Your devices

Check devices linked to your access in the Devices section. Sign-in history shows sessions in the account itself. The lists do not have to match: the connection app and web account work differently.

Do not share your subscription link or QR code publicly. Anyone who has them may use your access and data allowance.

02

Regenerating a key

If your key has been exposed, regenerate it in your account. You will then need to replace the old settings on your devices. Read the warning in the interface before confirming.

Updating the location list and regenerating your key are different actions. Getting new locations usually only requires updating your subscription, without changing the key.

03

Appearance and everyday management

Your account is available on the web and in the Telegram Mini App. Change its appearance in Settings; use the home screen to check your expiry date, balance and usage or open connection setup.

Support and request history are available in your account. An issue description and error text are enough to report a problem; passwords, bank details and login codes are not needed.
