First connection

Open your account

Start in @gemera_vpn_bot or the GEMERA web account. You can sign in with email or Telegram. If you already have access, use your usual sign-in method to avoid creating a second account.

A new Telegram account can try the service for 3 days; a separate email account gets 1 day. Trial terms and activation availability are shown before purchase. If you have already used the trial, choose a subscription length.

Add your subscription to the app

Open Connection in your account. The setup wizard will ask for your operating system, connection region and app. Check the selected region: it determines the link you receive.

The wizard suggests Incy on iPhone and macOS, and Happ on other supported systems. Alternative apps and installation links are listed in the wizard.

1. Install the app using the link in your account.
2. Return to the wizard and select the option to add your subscription.
3. Confirm the import in the app. If the link does not open correctly, copy and paste the subscription link manually.
4. Choose a location, connect and approve the system configuration if your device asks you to.

Check your connection

First, make sure the internet works without the connection. Then connect to your chosen location and open the service you need. Start with Auto if your app supports it, or choose Germany or the Netherlands individually.

The account button adds settings to your app; you turn the connection on in the app itself. Do not publish your subscription link or QR code: they grant access to your connection.
