Phones and computers
The current connection wizard supports iOS, Android, Huawei, Windows, macOS and Linux. Incy and Happ are available for Apple devices; the wizard uses Happ on other systems.
Install the app from the link in your account. This takes you to the correct download page for your system and region. Do not import someone else's configuration.
TV
Your account has a separate TV setup flow. Open it and follow the instructions for your television: installation and subscription transfer differ from a phone.
Support depends on your TV's operating system and the available client. Having a Smart TV does not mean every app can be installed on it.
Mode compatibility
Clients may handle automatic selection, custom routes and transports differently. Auto is hidden in subscriptions for some clients — choose an individual location instead.
Gaming options use Hysteria 2 and require support for that transport. Update your app before trying a new mode. If the main connection works but one option does not, the issue may be limited to that option.
