Backup options and Allowlist routes

Additional paths for when a regular connection fails. Choose them to suit your situation.

Try the main routes first

Check internet availability, then try Auto, an individual location and ACN. A backup route makes sense when the main options are unavailable on your current network.

Backup #1 is explicitly labelled slow. It is intended for basic communication; large downloads and video may be impractical. Backup #2 and #3 are separate options.

02

Special connections

Your subscription includes Allowlist #1 and #2 with a ×7 label. Their data accounting multiplier is higher: 1 GB transferred counts as 7 GB of usage.

The overseas exits for these special options are limited to Germany and the Netherlands. Availability depends on the carrier and the restrictions in place. They cannot be guaranteed to work on every mobile network.

03

Once your main connection is back

Switch back to a regular route when it becomes available. This avoids unnecessary multiplied usage and the limitations of the slow backup.

If none of the options work, tell support your network, operating system, app, location and error message. Do not publish your subscription link or login codes.
